Ann Brady came well recommended and fulfilled our expectations, beginning with clearly explaining the process and working diligently with the parties to resolve several issues. Ms. Brady responded quickly and thoroughly to our texts, emails and phone calls, and really helped to move the process along from negotiating a fair and acceptable price to closing the deal. In addition to working with the buyer's broker, she communicated effectively with the HOA contacts, inspectors, and other interested buyers. Ann worked hard to make our home selling process successful. She helped get our house ready for the market by recommending minor updates like painting and replacing some electrical. She rolled up her sleeves and did most of the painting. After the house went on the market, Ann guided us through the bidding process and was there for us with updates and advice. We used Ann to buy our current house and found her to patient, reliable and hardworking. We looked at a lot of houses before purchasing, and Ann was always cheerful and encouraging. She was simply everything you need in a Realtor!

Ann was a confidence-inspiring leader throughout our listing AND SELLING process. She prepared us to prepare, then lit a fire under us to get our house ready at maximum value. Besides offering to help, she did a great job staging our otherwise empty house. She helped us choose a listing price and drove tons of traffic to view it immediately upon listing. Within two days from listing, we had 12 solid offers! Ann continued to coach us through evaluating the offers, and we learned from her factors to consider in addition to price. It was amazing to observe her interacting with buyer reps for the top offers. She negotiated seemingly effortlessly and gave us all the information we needed to decide. Ann was very responsive and professional. Ultimately, we sailed to and through closing and it was a win-win-win situation!

My wife and I initially met with (real estate company) agent at the Boone County Fair a couple of years ago and discussed our long-term plans in selling our home and that we were first-time sellers. The gentleman listened and answered our questions, however naive they probably were. I kept his card but more importantly left impressed with his answers and patience with us. When it came time to start the selling process, I called (real estate company) and reached Ann Brady. We met later that evening and we were impressed on how friendly and knowledgeable she was. She listened to all of our questions and concerns. We had many. She guided us through the selling process like a true professional. Even when unforeseeable problems arose, she was right there to work through them.
